From his early days as an investment banker specializing in mergers, acquisitions, and leveraged buyouts to decades of strategic deal-making and enterprise leadership, Noam has developed a keen business instinct and an extraordinary ability to identify and scale opportunities.

A dual U.S. and Israeli citizen, Noam served in the Israeli Air Force before earning a double major in Economics and Business Administration from Tel Aviv University, followed by an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business. This foundation has shaped his cross-disciplinary approach to strategy, finance, and execution.

A seasoned entrepreneur, executive, and technology investor, Noam possesses a wealth of experience in strategic planning, corporate development, and operational management. He has successfully guided both early-stage startups and well-established organizations through transformational growth, making him a trusted partner to Taurus 13’s investment companies and holdings. Noam currently also serves as Founder and CEO of Giraffe Media Group, which specializes in large-scale digital marketing campaigns representing some of the top U.S. brands and engaging approximately 10 million consumers daily.

Mark Berry is a seasoned technology executive, entrepreneur, and strategic leader with more than three decades of building, scaling, and leading organizations across artificial intelligence infrastructure, digital media, fintech, telecommunications, business-process outsourcing, and data-driven marketing. His career is defined by a rare ability to connect advanced technology, operational execution, and commercial strategy to create scalable, high-performance businesses.

Mark co-founded and served as Advisory CTO for a pioneering artificial-intelligence voice-analysis company. In that capacity, he contributed deep expertise in AI infrastructure, high-performance computing, data architecture, and the practical deployment of emerging technologies. Throughout his executive career, Mark has served on several boards in advisory and director roles, as well as in executive positions at organizations ranging from startups to publicly held companies.

Earlier in his career, Mark participated in the U.S. Department of Energy’s NERSC (National Energy Research Scientific Computing Center) program for three years. He worked on NOAA weather-simulation workloads using FORTRAN and the Cray Operating System (COS), first on the Cray X-MP and later the Cray Y-MP.

Beyond professional pursuits, Mark is a commercial pilot and Advanced Ground Instructor, reflecting the discipline, precision, and continuous learning that shape his leadership style. An avid hiker, traveler, and vintage-computing enthusiast, he has lived in England, Brazil, Romania, Switzerland, and the United States. With deep technical expertise and an entrepreneurial, execution-oriented mindset, Mark Berry continues to help organizations turn complex technology into meaningful business opportunities.

Steven Bandrowczak

Advisory Board Member

Steven Bandrowczak is a global enterprise transformation leader, technology executive, and public-company director with more than three decades of experience leading complex, multibillion-dollar businesses across technology, logistics, telecommunications, enterprise services, and digital transformation. Over the course of his career as a chief executive officer, chief operating officer, chief information officer, and board member, he has led organizations through demanding inflection points, including carve-outs, acquisitions, integrations, restructurings, operating-model redesigns, and large-scale technology modernization.

Most recently, Bandrowczak served as Chief Executive Officer of Xerox Holdings Corporation, leading the approximately $8 billion global enterprise from 2022 through 2026. Xerox operated in more than 160 countries and employed approximately 25,000 people during his tenure. He joined the company in 2018 as President and Chief Operating Officer before becoming CEO, with responsibility for strengthening the company’s operations, technology foundation, service-delivery model, and long-term growth strategy.

As CEO, Bandrowczak led Xerox through a period of significant transformation following the pandemic-era disruption to its core print business. He advanced the company’s diversification into digital services, IT solutions, and technology-enabled offerings, while also directing strategic capital-allocation and acquisition initiatives. His leadership included the development of X.Assist, Xerox’s enterprise artificial-intelligence operating model built around autonomous-agent capabilities and supported by an AI Center of Excellence. The initiative applied AI across client service, collections, revenue protection, and other operational functions to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Bandrowczak also helped expand Xerox’s technology-services platform through the acquisitions of ITsavvy and Lexmark, positioning the company to build deeper capabilities in managed IT, workplace technology, and adjacent enterprise solutions.

Prior to becoming CEO, as Xerox President and COO, he oversaw global operations, information technology, service delivery, procurement, real estate, billing, and enterprise transformation. His tenure reflected a focus on simplifying operations, improving client experience, modernizing enterprise systems, and aligning investment decisions with long-term shareholder value.

His career prior to Xerox includes senior executive positions with Hewlett-Packard, Avaya, Nortel, Lenovo, DHL, and Avnet. His professional record early on has been defined by the intersection of enterprise technology, global operations, M&A execution, and disciplined transformation.

At Lenovo, he played a central role in the complex integration of IBM’s personal-computer division, helping create the technology and operational platform that supported Lenovo’s emergence as a global technology company. At DHL, as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer, he led a major global infrastructure transformation, including the consolidation of the company’s data-center operations and the modernization of systems supporting a worldwide logistics enterprise.

In addition to his operating leadership, Bandrowczak brings meaningful public-company governance experience. He serves as an Independent Director of Galaxy Digital Inc. (NASDAQ: GLXY), where he contributes expertise in enterprise technology, data infrastructure, artificial intelligence, capital allocation, M&A, and global operations. He previously served on the Xerox Board of Directors and the Fuji Xerox global joint-venture committee.

Bandrowczak is also an active thought leader on enterprise AI and digital disruption. He has authored work on AI-enabled operating models and has lectured on digital transformation at Northeastern University; he also previously taught in Columbia University’s technology-management program. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Long Island University and a Master of Science in Technology Management from Columbia University. Long Island University awarded him an honorary Doctor of Business degree in 2025 in recognition of his leadership and contributions to technology and global business.

Known for his operational rigor, technological fluency, capital-allocation discipline, and pragmatic approach to change, Bandrowczak advises organizations confronting transformational opportunities. Lieutenant General Dick Newton is a distinguished senior leader who served more than 34 years on active duty in the U.S. Military culminating as the Assistant Vice Chief of Staff of the United States Air Force. Over the course of his military career, he led thousands of men and women in both peacetime and times of crisis, shaping operations at the highest levels of national defense.

Following his military service, General Newton has continued to serve through significant leadership roles in both the public and private sectors. He is the on-air Senior National Security Contributor for NewsNation, the fastest-growing basic cable network in the United States, and also provides commentary on the nationally syndicated iHeartRadio. He currently serves as Strategic Advisor to Thunderstrike Aviation, Inc., a leading manufacturer of dual-use drone technologies in the United States and Denmark.

General Newton brings extensive corporate governance experience, serving as Director of Victory Capital Management (NASDAQ: VCTR), Victory Portfolios III Board of Directors, and Director, Safeguard Acquisition Corp (NYSE: SAC.U). His previous board service includes Director, Terran Orbital Corporation (NYSE: LLAP), a leader in small satellite solutions, and ELTA North America, the U.S. subsidiary of Israel Aerospace Industries. He also served as Chairman of the Board of the Army and Air Force Exchange Service, a $10 billion global retail store chain supporting military communities worldwide.

His senior executive leadership extends beyond the military, having served as the Executive Director of the prestigious Union League Club in New York City and Executive Vice President of the Air Force Association, a 100,000-member national security service organization.

During his Air Force career, General Newton held numerous high-impact leadership roles, including overseeing the Global Operations Directorate for the Joint Chiefs of Staff, with responsibility for worldwide cybersecurity, reconnaissance, space and missile defense, the National Military Command Center, and U.S. military special technical operations, among others.

A command pilot with nearly 3,000 flying hours, General Newton was the nation’s first commander of the B-2 Stealth Bomber squadron at Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri. He also commanded Minot Air Force Base and the 5th Bomb Wing during the attacks on September 11, and led the B-1B Operations Group at Ellsworth Air Force Base. His operational experience spans the B-2, B-1B, B-52, and T-38 aircraft.

General Newton is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy (B.S., History), Webster University (M.A., Industrial Psychology and Human Relations), and the National War College (M.S., National Security Strategy).

He and his wife Gigi are very active in the south Florida region and reside in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

Stephen Miller is Sol Consulting’s Practice Lead for AI Acceleration, where he partners with senior executives to translate artificial-intelligence strategy into measurable business outcomes. He leads the firm’s AI strategy, advisory, and implementation work, helping organizations accelerate operational transformation through intelligent automation, workflow modernization, digital platforms, and agentic-AI solutions.

With more than 30 years of leadership experience, Stephen has guided digital transformation, AI strategy, product innovation, and global business operations across a broad range of enterprise sectors, including technology services, manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, and government. His work sits at the intersection of business strategy, technology modernization, and operational execution, helping organizations move from AI ambition to scalable, practical implementation.

Before joining Sol Consulting, Stephen served as Chief Digital Officer and Chief Information Officer at Xerox. In those roles, he created and managed global digital and AI platforms, led enterprise automation initiatives, and advanced company-wide transformation efforts. His work focused on modernizing technology capabilities and embedding data, automation, and AI into core business operations.

Earlier in his career, Stephen held executive leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard, where he led technology-innovation initiatives for global enterprise clients. He also served as Chief Financial Officer for HP’s Shared Services organization, helping drive large-scale operational transformation, global process modernization, and performance improvement across complex international operations.

Outside of his professional work, Stephen is an avid traveler, sport fisherman, investor, and technology enthusiast. He enjoys following emerging technologies and mentoring the next generation of business and technology leaders. Stephen resides in Florida with his wife of 32 years.
